The Margaret James 1:27 Foundation had the honor of hosting a memorable mission in Njoro, Nakuru, hosted by Eng Laban and his family. We are deeply grateful for their generosity in opening home compound and doing all the groundwork to make this event possible. Their dedication and kindness ensured everything ran smoothly and created an atmosphere of love and celebration.
This mission gathered 45 widows, widowers and orphans from the area, and it was a day to remember. We had the privilege of gifting them Christmas packages that included foodstuffs and warm blankets. Additionally, we shared words of encouragement, reminding them of their value and significance despite their age.
The occasion was filled with joy and jubilation. The widows and widowers expressed overwhelming gratitude, dancing, singing, hugging, and offering heartfelt prayers for everyone who made the event possible. Many shared how deeply touched they were, with some saying they felt as though life had been added to their years. Others expressed that this was the first time they had been remembered in such a meaningful way, and their words of thanks were filled with emotion.
This incredible impact was made possible through the unwavering support of the friends and partners of Margaret James 1:27 Foundation. Your contributions—every dollar and every gift—brought smiles and joy to them, showing them they are cherished and not forgotten.
To all our supporters, thank you for being the hands and hearts behind this mission. Your generosity has touched lives, and the prayers and blessings of these elderly widows and widowers now rest upon you. Together, we continue to make a difference, spreading love and hope where it is needed most.
